Welcome to the Serendipity photography website of Reshma and Shyamal’s joyous union: a beautiful melding of colourful, loud, intricate, respectful, wonderful modern and Indian moments; months and months in the planning, a true celebration of culture and spirit.
Serendipity photographed Reshma and Shyamal’s wedding over three main days plus the henna hand ceremony; highlights included quiet romantic photos under the golden beach sunset; the triumphal procession of the groom to the ceremony by motorcade, the ceremony itself with many hours weaving prayers, flowers, and offerings of rice, herbs and spices; and the dancing, dancing and drums. Their wedding is a celebration, not only of two people, but of families and cultures, working connections together, as beautifully placed as the flowers next to each other in the wedding garlands of Bride and Groom. Reshma and Shyamal were thrilled with the colours of the photographs, strong and clear, and the clear message of their love in the tender moments of the location photographs.
